Our trip was wonderful - Katherine reassured me and kept me updated as to the tickets and vouchers - We never hit a roadblock - our flights were there and on time and no questions about the tickets - the hotels never questioned any of the vouchers - the car rental place never questeioned either - the hotels in Florence were wonderful! good locations, clean, roomy, interesting, good breakfast, nice people. In all we had a great time, 1200 plus photos, train to Venice and train to Rome - drove 1278 km to the Chianti valley and Sienese valley and then Cinque Terre and then a ferry to Elba - Whew! we did it all and survivied!! thank you for reassuring me that the internet was a way to arrange my trip and succeed - thanks again to Katherine!
