Overall I am very satisfied with my experience of booking with European Destinations. The agent in which I worked with Ana Maria Rodriguez was very informative and helpful. She always responded to any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Transportation - traveling to and from each country went smoothly. We received our train tickets before we left for our trip. Activities - we did not book any activities Hotels - Opera Cadet - overall good experience. Was easy to find and very close to the train and everything we wanted to see in Paris. However there are not many good restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel was clean, front desk service was friendly and very helpful. Loved that there was free Wi fi in rooms. Breakfast was good. Hotel Catalonia - had a difficult time finding the hotel. Their website did not provide directions. Location was ok. Needed to take at least one or more trains or trolleys to get to downtown Brussels. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good, they had a large spread of foods. Had Wi Fi but only in the lobby. However did have ethernet in rooms and all internet services were free. Ambadassor - was easy to find. Got directions off of their website. Location was good, within walking distance of all sights. Also near train. Hotel was clean, rooms were big however the bathroom was a bit small. Most of the front desk service was not very helpful except for one woman, she was very helpful and friendly.
