Another great vacation with European Destinations - This was our fourth time booking through your company and the website is always easy to navigate! This time we spent time in Lisbon and Porto. We flew Iberia and both flights were pleasant, uneventful and on time. Our Lisbon hotel, the Veneza was adequate although not as good as others we`ve had on other trips. Although the man at the desk on the first day was helpful, the woman on the following two days had a indifferent attitude. The rest of the hotel staff were fine though. - We upgraded to first class for the train to Porto and it was really nice and so fast. We arrived at our hotel (the Pestana Porto) and were greeted with glasses of Port. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was so comfortable with big rooms, incredible staff and a fantastic breakfast. We loved both Lisbon and Porto and only wish we had stayed longer. Keith M
