Bruges

Known as the 'Venice of the North', Bruges seems to have changed little from its 13th-century origins as a cloth-manufacturing town. With the city center closed off to cars, all the architectural and artistic treasures, folklore, chocolate shops, lace boutiques, and ambient restaurants of this unforgettable city can be easily explored on foot, by boat ride along quiet canals, or by horse-drawn carriage among cobblestone streets. Our group of 7 has nothing but high praises for European Destinations. This was our 1st time booking a trip with your organization and we were skeptical at first because it seemed so simple and the prices were great. ( it seemed too good to be true). But our fears were unfounded. First and foremost, Arianne Jordan, the agent we dealt with was excellent. She was responsive in a timely manner in answering questions and solving any issues. We give her an A+. The recommended hotels were great.....exactly as advertised. The `Royal Magda` in Paris has a good location and service was excellent. The `Aragon` in Brugges, Belgium had great rooms, and also excellent location and service. The `Catalonia Forum` in Brussels had a great breakfast! We booked the `L`Open tour bus... hop on, hop off` in Paris and that was excellent. We are very familiar with `hop on, hop off buses` in many cities. We find it a great overview of any new city and this one was no exception. The airline flights booked through Continental were fine....no problems..... they were smooth and uneventful flights. As a whole, were are extremely pleased with European Destinations. We feel that for the prices we paid, we received extraordinary values with respect to the flights, hotels and service. Our group is very well traveled, so we do have a basis for comparison. We would have no hesitation in using your organization in the future and we have mentioned it to many of our friends.
