A visitor's route should also include the Town Hall, the Archive of the Indies (hosting the documents related to the discovery of America), the Fine Arts Museum (the second largest picture gallery in Spain), as well as its numerous convents, parish churches and palaces.

BEFORE the TRIP: I liked updates about minor changes and reminders via e-mail. Your customer support assisted me very quickly when I called (at 11:00 pm my time!) and I was sent an e-mail with tickets and printed them out. Problem solved. Problems and questions happen, it is not about flawless process, it is about prompt and proper resolution. DURING the TRIP Flight to was scheduled great, some 5+ hours from Portland to Washington DC and then only 8 or so hours to Madrid. Having traveled to Europe I expected to be way more tired. Train ride to Seville was wonderful and the instructions provided by you ahead of time were very useful for somebody who is not familiar with train system in Europe. The hotel in Seville (Silken Al-Andalus) EXCEEDED our expectations. Rooms, lobby, staff, restaurant - all were great. We did not want to leave. The plane ride to Barcelona and than to Rome was uneventful (which is a GOOD thing) Hotel in Rome (Camelia) was fine. Not as great as Silken, but satisfactory. Flight back was long due to the very long lay-over in NJ (and the total distance to be traveled was more, but the distance is not something you guys can change) Overall though, considering many transfers and details, I would use your company again and WILL recommend you to friends and family. Thank you
