Customer Feedback

We enjoyed European destinations and would use your website again. Hotels were as advertised, we didn`t do any transfers / tours and the website was overall good. One nice addition would be that while abroad we were unable to contact our hotel via phone but since it was not standard hours in the US, when we called your phone number no one picked up. It would be nice having that as a comfort while abroad knowing there is a representative that can be contacted anytime of the day.
