First, I was taking a chance booking with you. I had never heard of your company. However, my husband and I wanted to attend the Paris Marathon in April and take a side-trip to Berlin. Your site made our air travel and hotel choices extremely easy. We chose the dates and times we wanted to fly. We chose our hotels from your suggested lists. Once those choices were made, we emailed the concierges to help us with transportation choices from the airports to the hotels. We were totally tourists; saw all the sites we could `pack in` in 7 days! We thought the price for this trip was totally affordable with the 3-star hotel choices; however, we decided to upgrade to 5-star hotels (hey, why not...only 7 nights and we had never been to Paris or Berlin)! Anyway, the pampering was worth it; especially, since we didn`t know French or German. I recommended your site to our neighbors; they, too, were happy with their trip...only they did Paris and Venice! Thanks for making our European Vacation easy to plan.
