Booked a 6 night vacation in London and Barcelona for New Years 2012 and had a wonderful experience! Had absolutely not problems with any vouchers and had a pleasant surprise in Barcelona when I realized that our hotel was a 4-star hotel! I tried for weeks to book flights/hotels separately and stumbled upon European Destinations by accident. I am so glad that I did and will be using them for future travel. Very organized and comprehensive service and I absolutely know that I was able to save money by booking through them. I was even worried that my air travel would not be eligible for frequent flier miles because this was a travel agency but I am happy to say that this did not happen. Great experience!

I just want to say my vacation was WONDERFUL! Everything went very smoothly (hotel and airfare) and the website was so easy to use, it made planning my vacation a lot easier... just put in my destinations, my dates, etc... and boom there was an itinerary built for me. I will for sure spread the word to my friends and family and will be using the website again.

We had an excellent experience with European Destinations. I had never used the website or company before. But my family and I have been active travelers for several years. We wanted to see a few major cities in Europe in a compressed 10 day period of time. The website was very user friendly. I liked having many hotel options to choose from in each city (we visited London, Paris, and Barcelona). And having the Trip Advisor links make the selection process easy. The flights were also easy to arrange. Ruby did a great job and was always responsive to my many questions and issues. The website was also helpful in giving us ideas of what to do in each city (the Activities link) although I didn`t book many things through ED since the cost of many of the activities seemed quite high. The voucher program worked perfectly for us. I beleive that I was able to save a nice amount of money and have a `customized trip` to Europe for our party of 3. I would describe myself as a `discriminating` traveler --sometimes bordering on `fussy`-- and I would definitely use European Destinations again on future travel and recommend it to friends planning similar trips. The London-Barcelona trip was great. I highly recommend the Husa Oriente hotel in Barcelona. It was clean, modern, in a great location on the La Ramblas and near the Gothic quarter, restaurants, and only 1 block from the subway station.
The Ambassador hotel in London (Kensington) was conveniently located within 2 blocks of subway, restaurants, grocery stores and tour buses.
Reservation pre-payment information was on file at flight and hotel desks which made it easy to check in.

Trip was great and everything went smoothly.
