We would like to thank you for a great vacation, everything was as expected and we had a wonderful time. All in all we had a great time. Your advisers were great and helped us to select hotels that were near the areas we wanted to be in. I would highly recommend European Desinations to anyone; it is a good value. We have no complaints whatsoever, no issues with the vouchers and train tickets; everything was as it should be.

My only suggestions would be that inexperienced travelers should take advantage of your transfer services and get an English speaking person to help out.

We had a wonderful trip, thank you so much. I loved being able to choose our own hotels from your website. It was easy to navigate, and helpful to be able to read about each hotel and see it`s location. For the most part, each hotel was pretty much as you stated. The Elite Hotel in Prague was great! It was charming and the staff was very helpful. A good location for seeing the best parts of the city, and the breakfast was the best!!
The Stefanie in Vienna was a nice hotel. Well located, with easy access to public transportation when needed. The rooms were nice, and the staff was helpful. They even arranged for a doctor when my daughter was ill.
The Ca de Conti Hotel was well located and charming.
The Cosmopolita Hotel was the most modern hotel. The room was beautiful. It was very well located, a short walk to the Coliseum, and many other sights.
The trains worked out well. It was an easy way to travel from place to place.
I would definitely recommend your site (and have already done so!) to anyone who is looking to travel to Europe. The flexibility to customize the number of days in each place, and where you could stay, made it much easier to plan a trip than doing it on your own. The ability to speak with an agent was crucial for me, as I had travelers coming from different locations, and had lots of questions. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and informative.
