To European Destinations: Everything about our trip to Prague and Budapest went like clockwork...flights, transfers,hotels. The hotels were lovely European hotels in good locations. Great buffet breakfasts at both the Caeser prague and the Erzebet. Your part was excellent. We especially want to thank Sydney Cruz, who worked closely and patiently with us on the booking. Again you and your team have done a great job!! We had upgraded the hotels in both Prague and Budapest ourselves and they were both very different but each one was great. The Hotel Jullian in Prague provided a service that picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the end of our stay. It is so nice to reach the baggage place and see a driver there with your name on a card. I waved at the driver and sat back and enjoyed the ride to the hotel. He loaded and unloaded the bags while we just enjoyed ourselves. It was great. The first hotel clerk in Prague (referred to as Lucie one) as there were two Lucie`s at this hotel was very helpful. As before when I had been in Prague four years ago she was able to sell us tram tickets, tell us where to catch the trams (right around the corner) and tell us how many stops to go because Czech is not an easy language to read. She was also able to tell us about the neighborhood and told us of a great place to have a late lunch where they understood English. The hotel was very convient to tram that took us to the train station where we took a train to Pilsner to tour the Pilsner beer factory. We had a great time on the train, got to see some of the countryside and talked to some of the Checz people on the train and had a enjoyable day.

The plane ride from Prague to Budapest was short and sweet and again it was so nice to be met by a young man with our names on a card and to just set back and enjoy the ride (tour) to our hotel. The Hotel Carlton again was different from the hotel in Prague being it was very modern and upscale whereas the hotel in Prague was very homey and warm. My sister-in-law had stayed at the Carlton four years ago when her and her family went to Budapest to look up relatives. We had some of her cousins come and took us around one whole day and another one had taken us out to dinner the first day we got there. The tram system in Budapest was not near as good as the one in Prague so we walked a lot but had a great time.

Your team came through for us when the airline we were supposed to take from Budapest to Milan when under and that was a great help and it removed a great burden from us.

I have already given your website to a number of people and will continue to do so in the future. If I myself plan another trip to Europe you will be my first choice of sites to check.

We enjoyed our trip to Prague and Budapest. The arrangements made went off without gliche.

We thought the Hotel Davinci in Prague was very nice for the money which we thought was located well to easy transportation...room size was fine and breakfast very good.
Hotel Novotel Centrum in Budapest was an upgrade 4 star for us. It lacked character I would imagine because it is a large chain but well managed, clean . Free internet access and a beautiful restaurant for dinner with everything you could possibly want to eat.
We had a few dollars in taxes to pay when we left which, although minimum, we did not expect nor have to pay in Prague. We were delighted this hotel included two free passes to any of the Spas in town which is a must in Budapest.

We would definitely use your service again!

Another great vacation booked with European Destinations! Easy to make changes when we needed to add on an extra day of a rental car. We were disappointed with our the hotel Casa Marcello in Prague. It was more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The location was great, but the hotel could not provide any extra pillows. It should also be noted that there is no elevator in the building. Customers need to carry their luggage up stairs, even if they are staying on the first floor. Our rental car experience was excellent. Our hotel in Budapest was clean and modern. It was also in an excellent location with a helpful staff.

Used European Destinations to make hotel reservations in Prague and Budapest. The hotel selection and price were excellent! I appreciated the means used to present a basic hotel and then allow me to upgrade using a sorted list of optional hotels. I choose based on ratings and it worked superbly. I choose the K&K Central in Prague and Hilton Castle in Budapest. The price was excellent. Good Luck!

Our whole trip was great. We booked Hotels and transportation. Everything went smoothly. The hotels were great. NH Budapest was the nicest that we stayed in,but all were easy access to public transportation and all were clean and comfortable.
