To Whom It May Concern,
Our trip was excellent. We spent one week in Vienna and one in Prague. Everything that we booked in advance went off without a problem. We did change our hotels from the randomly chosen to specific hotels of our choice. In particular we found the hotel Angelo on Prague to be excellent. We would absolutely use your service again!

Our trip was amazing.

We stayed at the Ceasar Palace in Prague. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Prage was great, beautiful and so much to do.

We later stayed at the Hilton Danube hotel in Vienna for 3 nights, what a fabulous experience, Points..... 20 out of 10!! The staff were so professional, and courteous! The room came with a beautiful view of the Danube. Breakfast was included in our room. What a treat, the breakfast every morning was fit for a King!!! Fabulous experience and so nice to stay there

I have more than recommended your website to friends, and colleagues and WILL be using your services again. Thank You.

AIRPORT/HOTEL & HOTEL/STATION TRANSPORTATION: excellent!!! We were very pleased with this service.

HOTELS: satisfactory, but not outstanding. In Vienna, we stayed at the Hotel Fuerst Metternich. Pros: convenient location, large room, comfortable beds, very quiet. Cons: reception service was indifferent; breakfast was too expensive. Prague, we stayed at the Hotel Ariston. Pros: comfortable beds; free wifi.
