From the moment we got to the airport, everything was, well, fantastic. We flew KLM airlines. Wonderful, smooth flights, all of them. When we arrived in Prague, Steven the driver was there with a sign to welcome us and take us to the Ibis Malta Stanza Hotel in Prague. Nice room, quiet and very clean. The hair dryer works perfect. The front desk personnel were incredible, gave us all the information needed to get around. The rail system ran just outside the hotel, so we were only 5 minutes to all of Prague. When it was time to leave and go to Budapest the driver was there again to take us to the airport. Nice flight to Budapest, and again a driver waiting for us. Our hotel Carlton, was only steps from Chain Bridge and the most amazing views on earth. We ate our way across Budapest, and the most Beautyful city Gloria and I have ever visited. European Destination set us up for a vacation that was completely memorable. Thank you and friends have seen all 2,200 pictures we took. Thank you for your help and one of the best trip of our lives, and oh yes we were return travelers with European Destinations. We have mentioned you to friends that are going on the same trip we took last year, and others looking to go on the same trip we took this year. Thanks for the memories.

I had a great experience using European Destinations to book my trip to Prague and Budapest. They offered a wide variety of hotel choices and with some research, I was very pleasantly surprised with our hotels. They offered bed and breakfast or just room options. Both hotels offered free wifi, which was an unexpected bonus. As for the flights, everything went off without a hitch. There were plenty of flight options offered. I was nervous not booking flights myself through the company`s website, but our frequent flyer numbers were matched up and everything showed up online shortly after we booked everything. The travel vouchers and travel updates were timely and helpful. Lastly, the pricing for the whole trip was just great. I felt that we got a great value for our money and would recommend using European Destinations again to our friends and family.

My trip was fantastic and the air and hotel bookings by European Destinations were excellent and flawless!
I flew from San Francisco to Prauge, Czech Republic via Germany, then from Prauge to Budapest, Hungary, and finally from Budapest back home. I had no problems with the reservations, and the timing of the flights was excellent. I stayed in the Hotel Julian in Prague, and the Hilton in the Castle Hill area of Budapest. Both accommodations exceeded my expectations! The sales agent I worked with, Flordeliz Alonzo, was superb. She helped me book a trip for two with two different departure cities. Our trip to Prague and Budapest was wonderful. The accommodations surpassed our expectations and the drivers at each juncture were prompt and helpful. We especially want to commend our driver in Budapest who met us at the airport (even though the flight was delayed an hour) and who also took us to the airport for our flight home. He went out of his way to be helpful and to point out interesting landmarks and tips for our visit. His name was Istvan Dzurek and he was very courteous and informative. The Hotel Normafa was at the top of the hill outside of Buda, but the bus ride was easy and quick and we enjoyed the quiet, sylvan surroundings. The Best Western in Prague was also near a large, beautiful park and was an easy walk to the Charles Bridge and old Prague. The accomodations at both hotels were clean and comfortable and the morning breakfasts at both were delicious. We have already recommended your company to many of our friends. Thank you.
