Both hotels were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts in Paris were nice, but in Brussels they were excellent. The staff at the Brussels hotel were exceptional and the location perfect. The train connection went very smoothly.

Our first leg of the trip was in Paris. The hotel was fantastic in many ways. The location was the best, we were just a few blocks away from the Eiffel tower, Invaledes museum and easy access to bus tours, cafes and shopping. The hotel itself was small but we like small hotels. The room was very small but cozy and well kept, the bed was the best of all our hotel beds on this trip. The staff was also very, very nice. They spoke very good english and ready to help us with questions of any kind. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to any one, especially if they want to stay in this ditrict, #7, close to the tower.


Our next stop was a ride by rental car to Bruges, Belgium. Picking up the rental was easy, at the airport, a different one than Charles De Gaulle. A note to people renting cars like this, make sure you know exactly where to pick up the car, rental agency and how to get out of the airport. Our documents from your web site helped us a great deal with this. No problems for us with the car, just getting used to using a compact car and driving by gps. Thank goodness they drive on the right side of the road in France and Belgium. Bruges was our favorite city of all, small which is what we like. Very touristy, but still very enjoyable. The hotel again was very nice and the staff also very nice and helpful. Our room was much larger than the one in Paris, but still very comfortable. The location again was very convenient to all the museums and shopping, there was lots of walking involved but we liked that so we could explore the city on our own. We liked Bruges so much that we drove back for a day during our stay in Brussels. Again having a car was great since we were able to drive to the coast, only a 30 minute drive from Bruges.

Next was a drive to Brussels and a stay at La Plaza hotel which also had a good location. It was a good walk to all the restaurants and shopping, but further out than in the other hotels we stayed at. The hotel staff was very nice too, but a little different than the others. They spoke mostly french and their english was not as good as the others. This hotel was the most expensive one of all and future guests should be prepared to pay extra to have breakfast there or go out to find another resaurant.

As for your web site, I think it works great for planning a wonderful vacation. There are so many options to choose from and to make it a very special trip. I would definetly recommend European Destinations to any one going to Europe or any where else. In fact, several peope have asked me how I planned and booked my trip and told them, they seemed very interested. I am very pleased overall how easily our trip was planned and how all the details came together. You were very helpful with every part of booking my trip and had very little worries. I did go to Tripadvisor.com to look up reviews on the hotels that were on your list to choose from, that was very helpful in making my choices.

Overall we had a great time and all services you provided were as described. All connections went well - on time and easy to navigate.

On the hotels - The Queen Anne in Brussels was nice, but rather small rooms. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Location was great - within walking distance to most things we wanted to see and close to train stations. Also the buffet breakfast every morning was very nice - plenty of good food.

The Beauchamps Hotel in Paris was also very nice and staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable - very friendly and helpful.

Again, we had a great time and would definitely use your services again on future overseas trips.

The train ride on Thalys was comfortable. The first hotel we stayed at was the Le Meridien Brussels. It was a nice hotel and we had no issues. The second hotel we stayed at was the Plaza Tour Eiffel. It was a nice hotel with a very welcoming staff.

EuropeanDestinations, you`ve done it again. This was my second trip booked through the website in as many years and both have been flawless.

My original dates had to be changed due to the volcano interruption, but Rizalinda Barra did an exceptional job of helping us change the dates for two weeks later. I would like to take the opportunity to mention that she did a phenomenal job of helping me change the dates and stayed in contact to make sure I received all the information needed. She really went above and beyond in my opinion.

As for our hotels, both were perfect for us. They were just as described and in ideal locations. They were also much less expensive then the posted rates in each hotel. The website is so easy to use and customize that I doubt I`ll use any other site for my future vacations.
