Before you go

Please take note of the following:

Schedules:
Airlines can change and cancel schedules, check schedule at least 72 hours before departure.

Official documents:
We are not responsible for information regarding documentation necessary for your travel. Please consult with the appropriate consulate.

General Tips for travel documents:
We recommend that you have passports for all passengers and that they are valid for at least six months after your departure date. This will speed up your re-entry into the US. US citizens are required to have a valid passport for travel to Europe. Visas are usually not required for short trips, but it is highly recommended to check with US Department of State for more information regarding travel advisories.

European requirements:
– as policies might change, it is advisable to check with the respective country's consulate regarding specific requirements. A good source of information is the US Department of State webpage.

Items not included in your itinerary:
Passport and visa fees, port and embarkation fees, laundry, telephone calls, other items and services of a personal nature, tips to airport baggage handlers are not included in the price of your vacation.

In some countries, departure taxes or tourist card fees must be paid only at the airport on the day of your arrival or departure. Please have enough cash to pay for these as in many cases credit cards are not accepted for this purpose.

* Sample prices are per person, based on double occupancy, and are dynamic in nature. Prices do not include air taxes, insurance, or delivery charges. The airfare portion of the itinerary price is based on economy class, midweek departure. Air taxes and surcharges vary by airports used and destination. The airfare portion of the itinerary price is subject to additional charges, including, without limitation: the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 for each flight segment, with a maximum of up to $5 per one-way or $10 per roundtrip; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending on itinerary; Federal Segment Fees of $ 3.60 per segment; airline-imposed fuel surcharges; airport taxes and other government-imposed fees depending on routing and destination (foreign or domestic). Most airlines add a fuel surcharge to their taxes instead of to their fares. All these taxes and fees can add up to $450 to the fare. A segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. Prices were accurate at the time we posted them. Sample prices were for a specific travel date and specific departure airport, as indicated. Your prices will vary according to departure cities and travel dates. We do not control prices (airlines and hotel reservation systems do). Prices may change dynamically and at times significantly numerous times during any given day.
