We had a lovely vacation. I loved having the flexibility to choose the hotels and transportation and excursions. I researched each component and as it turned out everything was just as expected. The hotels were all quite lovely, my favorites being the Maria Theresia and the Radisson. They were both very quaint. Not over the top luxuries, but lots of niceties that made the hotel very comfortable for anyone used to 4 star hotels. The staff at both hotels were very warm and the breakfast at the Maria Theresia was great. Le Meridien is a beautiful hotel as well, but a little more glamorous than the others. I didn`t find the staff to be as helpful...it felt more what it is... a very nice big hotel, whereas the other 2 felt more quaint. But everyone else say that they love Le Meridien.

One thing that worked perfectly were our ground transfers. Every person who was booked to transport us to or from a train station or hotel, was waiting before the appropriate time, with a clearly typed sign (at the Vienna Airport, he was the only one of about 30 folks with signs that had the full name typed in all caps, they were all easy to identify).

I loved working on the website. The European Destinations customer service was efficient. With this said, I would recommend the website to others and look forward to another vacation.
