Each island is a symbol of a Giant's love for a normal woman - the story of Oish and Neve. It is home to Ireland's most famous bottlenose dolphin "Fungie". He has been swimming with the boats and tourists in Dingle harbor since 1984. Fungie is absolutely wild and free, yet remains here in Dingle. An important site is the Dingle's St. Mary's, a fine neogothic church.
