We were travelling with our infant son and everything worked out well. The correspondence leading up to our trip was great and we had all of our tickets and vouchers ready to go. Oh my gosh...it was awesome!!! I had such a great time. The hotels were perfect (especially the Radisson hotel in Madrid - ideal location, excellent breakfast, great staff). The train tickets worked fine and got us to and from Seville perfectly. I am very grateful that we were able to book breakfast buffets with all our hotels. That was a huge help!

Your website was most excellent! I would definitely use it again. It allowed me to plan a very customized trip with relative ease. It also gave me important info on the hotels (ratings, location, price, etc.)

I really have no complaints at all. You people are wonderful!

BEFORE the TRIP:
I liked updates about minor changes and reminders via e-mail. Your customer support assisted me very quickly when I called (at 11:00 pm my time!) and I was sent an e-mail with tickets and printed them out. Problem solved.
Problems and questions happen, it is not about flawless process, it is about prompt and proper resolution.

DURING the TRIP
Flight to was scheduled great, some 5+ hours from Portland to Washington DC and then only 8 or so hours to Madrid. Having traveled to Europe I expected to be way more tired.

Train ride to Seville was wonderful and the instructions provided by you ahead of time were very useful for somebody who is not familiar with train system in Europe. The hotel in Seville (Silken Al-Andalus) EXCEEDED our expectations. Rooms, lobby, staff, restaurant - all were great. We did not want to leave.

The plane ride to Barcelona and than to Rome was uneventful (which is a GOOD thing)

Hotel in Rome (Camelia) was fine. Not as great as Silken, but satisfactory.

Flight back was long due to the very long lay-over in NJ (and the total distance to be traveled was more, but the distance is not something you guys can change)

Overall though, considering many transfers and details, I would use your company again and WILL recommend you to friends and family.

Everything that we booked was fantastic. The hotels were great, the flights were good, and you got us a much better deal on the train than we could have gotten ourselves until we got to Spain. We had a fabulous trip, and I always find working with European Destinations to be a pleasure!
